I understand that the names and addresses of new residents for these areas will be supplied monthly on pressure sensitive labels or via email file. Names ordered via email will be emailed to you usually on the first day of every month. Names ordered via peel and stick labels will be shipped out during the first week of every month and delivered by the 14th of every month. You will bill me monthly for these names at the rate chosen above, plus a monthly $4.00 shipping and handling fee. Your subscription will automatically continue every month unless you notify us that you wish to stop. Your notification must be received by the 15th of the month prior to the month you do not wish to receive names. Example: You chose not to receive names for June. You will need to cancel the subscription by May 15th previous to June. If I authorize credit card payment, my account will automatically be billed upon shipment of the labels. I certify that these names are for my own use only and that I will not duplicate, copy, or sell them to others. The names will be used for a single one time mailing only. I understand that there may be an error factor of up to 5% in mailing lists.
